Stable & Accessible

Stable & Accessible

13.8" stand-over · folding

Lowest Stand-Over Ever

A class-low 13.8" stand-over and an adjusted seating position make the XP Trike2 remarkably easy to get on and off.

Three-Wheel Stability

A rear differential axle drives both back wheels for smooth, confident cornering without tipping — big on fun, easy on the joints.

Folds To Store

A redesigned hydroformed frame folds down to fit in a trunk, RV or garage corner despite the three-wheel footprint.

Two Performance Options

The 500W model peaks at 1092W with 65Nm; the 750W long-range adds more power, more range, more hauling and a torque sensor.

Up To 50 Miles

A 48V 13Ah (624Wh) battery powers the trike up to 50 miles on a charge — plenty for errands and full days out.

Beginner Preset

A power-limiting Beginner mode caps speed at 5 mph in Eco and Tour until you're comfortable, then unlocks faster settings.

Cloud 50 Suspension

A Cloud 50 suspension fork with 50mm of travel and a 9-degree stem take the pressure off your joints on every ride.

Seen & Safe

Hydraulic brakes, a 90-lumen headlamp with amber side lights, turn signals, brake lights and reflective tires keep you visible.

Removable TFT Display + Twist Throttle + Beginner Preset

A removable TFT color display shows real-time speed, battery life and trip stats across five ride modes — Eco, Tour, Sport, Sport+ and Turbo — so you can ride smarter and stay out longer.

A half-twist throttle and a Beginner preset that caps speed at 5 mph make it welcoming for riders returning to two — or three — wheels, with keyless riding to hop on and go.

The Bike Cave Verdict

Ben's Take

The XP Trike2 is aimed squarely at riders who want stability and easy access, and it nails the brief. That class-low 13.8" stand-over, the rear differential axle for no-tip cornering and the Cloud 50 fork make it genuinely approachable — it's no accident this is America's best-selling eTrike. The 500W model covers most riders at $1,499, while the 750W long-range adds a torque sensor and real hauling power. Turn signals, brake lights and a Beginner speed cap show it's thought through for confidence, not just spec-sheet bragging. It's wide and heavy to park, but that's the nature of three wheels. Full review to come.
